Exploring Opportunities for Sustainable Development for Generations in Australia and New Zealand

2021 – 2022

Working with the Boehringer Ingelheim Australia & New Zealand (BIANZ) leadership team, 2iis helped develop a local framework for Boehringer Ingelheim's global Sustainable Development for Generations (SD4G) platform.

This involved identifying BIANZ's level of ambition for sustainability in the local market, benchmarking against other organisations sustainability efforts and developing an overarching framework to support the long-term toll-out of SD4G in both Australia & New Zealand.

Undertaken across three phases of work during the COVID-19 Pandemic, 2iis supported BIANZ throughout the framework development process undertaking background research, benchmarking, strategic framework development and ran a number of virtual and in-person workshops.
