2iis worked with Philanthropy Squared who were commissioned by ACM in October 2021 to review the current Philanthropy program and provide recommendations to inform the development of a future 5-year Philanthropy strategy.

 

The project involved a comprehensive analysis of the organisation's past 6 year performance and a full Philanthropic program review, which were then used to develop a strategic plan for growth.
