Revenue Generation Strategy & Organisational Development
June 2017 onwards
Undertaken in partnership with Philanthropy Squared, this project is focused on developing a 3-year Revenue Strategy and helping build overall Fundraising Capability for the National Gallery of Australia (NGA) in Canberra.
It has explored the Gallery's current and future Revenue needs, organisational Fundraising Capability and potential Philanthropic Fundraising and Corporate Partnership strategies for future sustainable growth.
It also involves helping establish core Fundraising capacity and building capability for key staff members within the NGA.
The project commenced in June 2017 and is ongoing.
The National Gallery of Australia is the Commonwealth of Australia's national cultural institution for the visual arts. The NGA receives funding from the Commonwealth Government and actively seeks, and relies upon, financial and in-kind support from private and corporate sources.
The NGA's vision is 'To be an inspiration for the people of Australia'.
