Revenue Generation Strategy & Organisational Development
February–June 2016
This project was undertaken at a particularly critical stage in the ATA's 26–year history; it explored current and future funding needs, organisational capability and laid out a comprehensive organisational strategy for future sustainable growth.
It also involved capacity and capability building for key staff members within the organisation, as well as working closely with the Chair and Board members to ensure the strategy was fully integrated into (and embraced by) the organisation.
The project was undertaken in partnership with Philanthropy Squared.
The Alternative Technology Association is Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisation providing practical, independent advice on sustainable living. It has helped thousands of households save money and reduce their environmental footprint with information on home energy efficiency, renewable energy, water saving, materials reuse and waste management.
